HustHer Academy provides digital education, live programs, and in-person events. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as access to our content and experiences is governed by the terms outlined below.
All digital courses, downloadable workbooks, templates, and on-demand resources are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all sales are final after access has been granted.
Refund requests for live programs or workshops must be submitted within seven days of purchase and before accessing any course materials, session links, or replay content. Once access has been provided, refunds will not be issued.
Enrollment may be transferred to another participant or to a future cohort within six months of the original purchase date. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing by emailing support@hustheracademy.com.
Refund and cancellation terms for live events vary by event and are detailed on each event registration page. Please review event-specific policies before purchasing tickets.
HustHer Academy reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
