Cancellation Policy

Program, Membership & Event Cancellations

HustHer Academy offers digital programs, live experiences, memberships, and events. The cancellation terms below explain how and when cancellations may be made.

Digital Programs

Once access to a digital course, workbook, or downloadable resource has been granted, the purchase cannot be cancelled. Digital content is delivered immediately and remains accessible according to the program terms.

Live Programs & Workshops

Cancellations for live programs or workshops must be requested within seven days of purchase and before accessing any program materials or session links. Cancellations requested after access has been provided are not eligible for a refund.

Membership Subscriptions

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time through the member account area. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Event Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms for live events vary by event and are listed on the individual event registration pages. HustHer Academy is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by emailing support@hustheracademy.com. Please include your full name, order details, and the program or event you wish to cancel.

Policy Changes

HustHer Academy reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
